做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
